Precisely How I Teach People To Protect Themselves

By Willm V Yotabba

As a self-defense instructor, my job is to teach people how to defend themselves. I often train my students in the proper and also effective utilization of different security tools, particularly individuals who are disabled or not physically strong to curb attackers.

I do not just show my class how and where to buy a Taser gun, for example, but exactly how to use it as well. I teach things like precisely how to handle a Taser in combat and store it properly, and how to take full advantage of its potential for providing personal protection.

A Taser is a non-lethal self-defense tool that gives both long-range as well as close-quarter defense. It utilizes a cartridge of pressurized nitrogen to shoot 2 probes linked to 15-foot wires at a target.

The device will then send a strong electric current down those wires, through the probes and into the target, making them unable to move. Its electro-muscular disruption technology overrides muscular signals as well as causes the target to fall over in pain.

The probes don't have to be shot from this stun gun and are effective even though still connected to the unit, providing you with the ability to protect yourself at close range. All the effects are short term. They last a short time and cause no long term injury to anyone.

I have utilized several different kinds in my training classes. Among these is the Taser X26C. It's a high-end model that includes a display showing battery power usage and could calculate the remaining battery life.

For law enforcement, I have used the Taser M26C. It is a variation on another model of theirs, the Advanced Taser M26, which is designed specifically for police work. Unsurprisingly, it possesses a pistol-like grip.

Lastly, I train private individuals how to use the Taser C2, a smaller version that was made for personal protection. Finally, just as essential as knowing where to buy a Taser gun legitimately is knowing how to use one after you have bought and registered it.
